Firmoo Glasses Review

firmoo glasses

One of the things I’m very thankful for in my life is my eyesight. I’m lucky enough to have 20/20 vision, therefore I don’t need glasses. This isn’t to say that in a few years (or even at my next eye appointment) that won’t change, but for now I’m going to enjoy it.

When Firmoo contacted me about receiving a pair of their glasses and reviewing them on my blog, I was upset I would get to miss a great opportunity to work with their brand. Luckily for me, they carry a variety of sunglasses as well as non-prescription glasses, so I was able to work with them regardless of my eyesight.

I browsed the selection of Firmoo sunglasses, but found nothing that fit my face shape, so I decided to choose a pair of non-prescription glasses. Why would you wear glasses if you don’t need to, you ask? Well, I figured I would give it a try. The “geek chic” looks has been seen on celebrities and in magazines the past few months, so I figured I’d give this fashion trend a try myself.

Firmoo offers an awesome feature where you can virtually try on their glasses to get an idea of how they will look before purchasing- so of course I had to take advantage of this opportunity!

I decided on getting the pair on the bottom left corner. However, they were out of stock, so I had to choose my second alternative, the bottom right pair. I personally think they all made me look like a huge nerd, but to each his own. My glasses arrived on-time and came with their own case, cleaning cloth and to-go pouch. I was impressed at the quality for such an expensive price and would be interested to see if the same quality holds up in their prescription glasses.

Firmoo just launched a program offering free eyewear for first-time buyers- and I want to share this great opportunity with you- my readers! All you have to do is pay the shipping and handling. Click here to sign up and get your first pair of Firmoo glasses for free.

  1. Girl you are lucky you don’t have to deal with contacts or glasses! It’s a shame b/c you look fabulous in four eyes šŸ™‚

  2. I love the glasses on you! I unfortunately am a real life four eyes, I used to wear contacts but hated taking them in/out everyday so I switched to glasses right before college. Surprisingly, I love having them. I feel like they’re a bonus accessory. This website sounds really neat – I love how you can virtually try on glasses!

    1. Thanks Stephanie! Some people actually look GOOD with glasses (like you in your outfit posts!). I feel like I would hate dealing with contacts, too- I’m always amazed when I watch people put them in haha

  3. Love this. I just had an eye appointment and definitely went for the ‘geek chic’ look you’re talking about. These look great on you!

  4. They really suit you! If you ever need glasses at least you know you’ll look fabulous with em! I have very poor vision – like really awful actually. When I was in grade 2 everyone thought I was dislexic but in fact I just couldn’t see so I was writing whatever came into focus. Finally my doctor did an eye exam and told my mum ” my goodness, she is as blind as bat!”. My first pair of glasses were HUGE – bigger than my face.

  5. You look SO cute in the glasses, Rachel! I have a similar pair of black frames but I usually only wear them at home…the rest of the time I wear my contacts.

  6. They look so cute on you! I dont need glasses either but have definitely thought about getting a pair of non-prescription glasses! You might have convinced me!

  7. These look adorable on you! You’relucky…I have incredibly bad eyesight. As a matter of fact my eye doctor asked me at my last visit if I’d consider bifocals. What?! Definitely not.

  8. I’m four eyed too! But you look much cuter in glasses than I do. Those really do look amazing on you … jealous! Oh and p.s. you can’t say anything bad about your hair either … because it is absolutely gorgeous!!
