When I was going to the office 5 days a week, Express was one of my go-to’s for affordable and fashionable workwear (I probably have their Portofino shirt in about 10 colors). They’re also a great place for outfits for parties and events, like wedding guest dresses or holiday outfits.
Here are some holiday outfits from Express, ranging from dressy to casual. Which one is your favorite?
Velvet Blazer Holiday Outfit
This outfit is badass, simply put. If I saw a woman wearing this matching velvet blazer and suit combo, I’d give her a real, true compliment for pulling it off (as I don’t think I could!) I’d pair it with a pair of skimpy heels and some doorknocker earrings to complete the look.
Tweed Blazer Holiday Outfit
In a sea of cropped sweaters, blazers, and tops, I present to you something that’s not cropped: this tweed button-down blazer. The combo of the black piping against the red tweed and the gold buttons reminds me of a sexy Santa. LOL. I’d wear it over faux leather leggings and with coordinating croc-embossed heels and cross-body bag.
Cream Colored Holiday Outfit
I love this feminine, cream-colored outfit for any winter occasion. You can easily warm up a strapless satin dress by throwing on a sweater, like this bow-embellished version (the bow is on the back!) I’d pair it with matching bow earrings and heels because I like to be matchy-matchy sometimes (almost to a fault, oops!)
Silver Satin Holiday Outfit
Monochromatic outfits will never go out of style, in my opinion. While you likely won’t catch me in head-to-toe neon pink, neutral like grays are a much easier option to pull off. Pair this grey sweater with grey satin pants. This monochromatic look works well since the top and bottom are made from two different materials. For accessories, you can’t go wrong with some diamond hoop earrings and jeweled sandal heels.
Casual Jeans Holiday Outfit
For a more casual holiday look, you can’t go wrong with a black blouse and your favorite pair of jeans. I love the flattering silhouette of this wrap tie-waist top. Throw on some chunky lug sole boots and pretty jewel-toned earrings and you’re done!
